Hi Michael,
your book looks really exciting but I'm not sure if I can get it in Canada or not. Amazon lists it as "not yet released" with a Dec. 08 release date.
I'm an Anglican priest as well as a Ph.D. student (a political theology of powers/principalities) and this looks like a great small group book study. I'd love to be able to get my hands on a dozen or so.
There was a fellow on sabbatical at Wycliffe College when I was on campus who was from Moore College. I forget his name now, but we had some great chats.
Blessings,
P+
I should have said, Wycliffe College at the Toronto School of Theology. Sorry ;)

They should be able to speed a copy to Toronto, pronto!
So: lots of blurbs for the back cover of the second edition!
